This innovative software program combines the strength of the Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management) service with the power of merging the CRM data to create new MS Word documents; scan documents, and automatically attach all documents to the selected CRM record. We've added a new video to show how to setup the MS Word templates that are used to merge the Zoho CRM data into a MS Word document.

Each template needs to have a Printer assigned to it when the program is first installed. This video gives the 'how to' pointers to get the templates set up correctly. The setup is fast, easy and intuitive, and you'll be ready to create new merged documents in a snap!
